EVENT PRO – Terms and Conditions of Service

Thank you for choosing EVENT PRO.
These Terms and Conditions are for the sole purpose of protecting the rights of the parties and explain how we provide our services and what you agree to when booking our services.

User - lessor and/or service recipient, an individual or legal entity that receives EVENT PRO's services or products for rent.
1. Reservation and Payment
A reservation is valid only after a signed agreement or written confirmation, as well as an advance payment.
An advance payment (reservation) includes the payment of 50% (B) of the full price (invoice) upon confirmation of the order. This is the final stage of confirmation - booking.
An advance payment also confirms the invoice and its accuracy. Any removal of any product or service from the invoice is subject to the approval of EVENT PRO.
The advance payment (50%) is non-refundable, unless the change is caused by EVENT PRO.
The customer must pay the remaining 50% of the full price or the agreed amount one or two days before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The invoice value must be fully paid on the day of the event or item(s) rental.
The invoice value may change if the customer changes the details (location, time, number of guests, services, product, etc.). In this case, VENT PRO has the right to change the invoice to suit the new circumstances.
2. Cancellation and changes.
50% of the total amount paid (reservation fee) is non-refundable to the customer.
Any change in date, place, time or services caused by the customer must be agreed with EVENT PRO. This may affect the price and in this case, if the order-reservation is canceled or drastically changed circumstances make it impossible to fully fulfill the obligation, EVENT PRO reserves the right to refuse to fulfill the order and not to refund the reservation amount. The issue may be resolved differently by agreement of the parties.
The full invoice value paid is not refunded to the customer if the event is canceled due to his fault or desire. The issue may be regulated differently by agreement of the parties.
3. Inventory and equipment rental rules
EVENT PRO is obliged to transfer the rented item to the customer in a condition suitable for use as stipulated in the contract
The rented items must be returned in the same working and good condition as they were received. If there are no photographs or messages indicating the damaged item upon receipt, it is considered that the customer received the inventory or product in a materially flawless and quantitatively correct manner.
The renter is obliged to take care of the rented item and follow safety rules. The customer is responsible for damage, loss or spoilage of property during the event. Acceptance is considered the transfer of inventory and the execution of an acceptance and delivery act.
In case of damage, the same or identical inventory value will be charged. Prices are calculated from the market value, not from the rental amount.
The customer must receive the rented inventory at the time specified in the order form and must also ensure its return on the day and time specified in the order form. If the items cannot be returned within the specified time period, EVENT PRO is entitled to charge the customer an additional day's fee based on the days missed.
Transportation - (Transportation includes delivering the rented items to a specific location and dropping them off at the location where the vehicle is going. Also, when returning, all items must be collected in one place in the same place in order to be packed back from that location. Does not include carrying them to floors and taking them over long distances). With exceptions, the order is transported by EVENT PRO.
Loading/unloading/reloading/installation/dismantling - (includes the placement of rented items in specific locations, their unloading and distribution, as well as installation and dismantling, subsequent packing and loading into a vehicle, carrying them to floors or taking them over long distances). This service is an additional cost service.
4. Safety and responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring a safe and appropriate space.
EVENT PRO is not responsible for any injuries, accidents or property damage caused by guests, third parties or improper space.
Fireworks service is performed only by a licensed specialist, in accordance with Georgian legislation.
